dpella Privacy Enhanced Data is a solution for pharma that enables the generation of high-utility, privacy-enhanced datasets across the full clinical development lifecycle—from preclinical SEND to SDTM and ADaM in Phase I–III, and further into real-world evidence. DPella uses Differential Privacy to generate datasets that preserve relevant statistical signal while remaining formally decoupled from the original sensitive data.

This allows pharmaceutical companies to perform cross-trial analyses, generate secondary statistical insights and potentially to train and validate AI models, without exposing confidential clinical or non-clinical data.

DPella provides formal, quantifiable privacy guarantees together with explicit accuracy metrics, enabling organizations to understand and document the privacy–utility trade-off for each dataset generated.

Deployment

Deployment is designed to meet pharmaceutical governance and security expectations: DPella operates in an isolated execution environment within the client’s infrastructure, with no outbound data exfiltration by default, strict audit logging, and secrets management aligned with industry-grade compliance and IT security standards.

Safe by design

Regulatory-aligned reliability

All data transformations follow controlled, auditable processes designed to support validation, traceability, and reproducibility within regulated environments.

Formal privacy guarantees

Outputs are protected through Differential Privacy, providing quantifiable privacy parameters (ε, δ) and documented privacy–utility trade-offs for every dataset generated.

Isolated execution

Processing runs within the client’s infrastructure in a controlled execution environment with no outbound data exfiltration by default, strict logging, and enterprise-grade secrets management.
