Privacy-Preserving Data Aggregation for Government and Business

We are excited to share the success of our recent midterm workshop for the project BizGuardian Connect. Hosted at Pulsen Omsorg, the full-day workshop was a significant milestone in our journey towards enhancing data-driven insights for the public sector. BizGuardian Connect is a project carried out with support from Vinnova (Sweden's Innovation Agency) within the program Advanced Digitalisation.

Key Insights and Discussions

Our workshop began with a deep dive into the valuable insights that could be derived from the data available at Pulsen Omsorg. Among various possibilities, we focused on analyzing the distribution of support citizens received (e.g. home care, medicine administration), grouped by citizens' age range over a specific period. This analysis provided insightful conclusions and demonstrated the immense value of enabling analytics that compare different municipalities.

Validating the Value of Privacy-Preserving Data Analysis

Magnus Skebäck, CEO of Pulsen Omsorg, highlighted the significance of the analysis:

"Enabling this analysis is just the beginning. Creating beneficiary profiles and comparing them within and across municipalities provides actionable information that municipalities can use to improve citizen services effectively."

DPella Analytics Tool: Flexibility and Generality

During the workshop, we confirmed DPella’s flexibility and generality, ensuring that it can support a wide range of queries even in different industries without requiring additional programming.

“The discussions with Pulsen Omsorg were highly inspirational and productive. They generated several ideas for system improvements, including new features and potential deployment requirements for a scalable MVP” says Alejandro Russo, CEO of DPella.

Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to develop and refine our tools to better serve the public sector!
